Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian addressed the 81st UN General Assembly in New York, delivering a speech that responded to recent threats from US President Donald Trump. Pezeshkian rejected accusations of terrorism, stating that Iran is a victim of terrorism and is acting in self-defense. Iran has outlined specific conditions for ending hostilities, which include the immediate lifting of the US maritime blockade and the release of frozen Iranian assets. Meanwhile, tensions remain high regarding the security of the Strait of Hormuz.
