Irapuato Mayor Lorena Alfaro García Announces New Infrastructure and Sustainability Projects for San Gabriel

Mayor Lorena Alfaro García of Irapuato held a public meeting in the San Gabriel Primera Sección neighborhood, reiterating the city’s plan to invest in infrastructure, connectivity, public spaces and environmental projects. She told residents, "I ask you to keep working as a team, stay in contact; I work every day so this city continues to develop with important municipal investments." Community leader Georgina Laguna Delgado thanked the administration for renovating a communal area, adding playground equipment and benches. The mayor also emphasized expanding cultural, artistic and sports programs to promote youth development and strengthen social cohesion.

These initiatives are part of the municipal government’s broader strategy, Irapuato 27, aimed at improving quality of life and fostering sustainable urban growth in the city of Guanajuato, Mexico.
