Multiple armed attacks leave several dead and injured across Mexico

On June 26, a man was wounded by gunfire in the Miramar colonia of Loreto, Baja California Sur, as authorities began investigations. In Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, two women were killed and a man and a teenager injured during a violent home invasion, with investigators linking the incident to possible drug‑gang disputes.

In Irapuato, Guanajuato, a man was shot multiple times in the Las Heras neighbourhood; neighbors transported him to a hospital and police secured the scene. Later that day, a command of armed men entered a house in the Ampliación Longoria colonia of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, killing three women and a man, wounding another woman, while three minors escaped unharmed. State prosecutors and forensic teams processed the scenes and opened investigations into the motives behind the attacks.

All incidents prompted emergency medical response and law‑enforcement investigations, with authorities collecting ballistic evidence and pursuing leads related to organized‑crime activity.
