Iron Maiden to play historic concert in Lima after 50,000‑fan Knebworth show

British heavy‑metal band Iron Maiden is marking its 50th anniversary with the Run For Your Lives World Tour. The tour’s latest highlight was the Eddfest festival at Knebworth, England, where more than 50,000 fans attended a show that was recorded for the official tour film. The setlist focused on the band’s first nine albums and featured the return of “Infinite Dreams,” a song not performed live since the late 1980s.

The band will bring the same show to South America, with a concert scheduled for 17 October at Estadio Nacional in Lima, Peru. The event is being organized by Move Concerts, the promoter that has previously brought Metallica, Green Day and other major acts to the country. Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster, and a 25 % discount for BBVA cardholders is available until 31 July.
