Israel conducts airstrikes and artillery attacks in southern Lebanon

Israeli forces have continued military operations in southern Lebanon, utilizing both aviation and artillery. Recent strikes have targeted various locations including Wadi al-Huyair, the outskirts of Nabatieh al-Fawqa, Kfar Tebnit, and the Bint Jbeil district, specifically near Baraachit and Haddatha.

Artillery fire has been reported in the valleys of Zibqin, Salouqi, and near the towns of Zutar al-Sharqiya and Mayfadoun. Additionally, Israeli forces have deployed flares over the towns of Beit Leef, Sarbin, and Majdal Zoun.

According to Lebanese Ministry of Health statistics as of September 25, the ongoing military operations have resulted in 4,386 deaths and 12,413 injuries. Despite a framework agreement signed in Washington on June 26 regarding the gradual withdrawal of Israeli forces and the deployment of the Lebanese Army, Israeli military activity and occupation of certain Lebanese territories persist.
