Israel conducts military operations in Lebanon and Gaza

Military operations and ceasefire violations continue in both southern Lebanon and the Gaza Strip. In southern Lebanon, Israeli forces conducted artillery shelling, machine-gun fire, and house demolitions across several towns, including Barashit, Al-Mansouri, and Hadatha. These actions occur despite a US-brokered framework signed on June 26 intended to facilitate an Israeli withdrawal and the deployment of the Lebanese army. The Lebanese Ministry of Health reports that since March 2, the death toll from military actions has reached 4,383 people.

In the Gaza Strip, Israeli military strikes and gunfire have targeted various locations, including Gaza City, Khan Younis, Rafah, and Al-Zawayda. Reported casualties include individuals killed by drone strikes on tents for displaced persons and near medical facilities such as Al-Shifa and Nasser hospitals. Beyond the immediate violence, the healthcare system in Gaza faces a critical crisis due to shortages of fuel and spare parts, alongside the suspension of medical staff transportation services.
