Israel conducts security operations in Gaza and Samaria

In the Gaza Strip, Israeli soldiers reported a recent incident where they were denied permission to strike militants despite identifying unusual activity that suggested a potential breach of the ‘yellow line’. Soldiers on the scene expressed frustration, stating they felt their ‘hands were tied’ while attempting to prevent future attacks. The military opted for high defensive readiness instead, maintaining that they had not identified a specific target for engagement.

Simultaneously, in the Samaria region, Israeli security forces demolished two unauthorized Israeli outposts located in Area B near the villages of Qusra and Jalud. The operation included the seizure of equipment and the destruction of structures in areas such as Tel Talfiyot and near Esh Kodesh. Following these actions, the Golani Brigade’s 51st Battalion was deployed to the Samaria division to conduct defensive patrols and enhance operational control in the area, following directives from the Chief of Staff.
