Israel military operations continue in Gaza and West Bank

Ongoing military operations by Israeli forces continue to impact the Gaza Strip and the West Bank despite a ceasefire agreement established in October 2025. In Gaza, UNICEF reports that 300 children have died since the truce began, noting that the current situation results in the death of one child per day. Recent incidents include the death of 14-year-old Suhail Masoud Shallouf from gunshot wounds in Khan Younis and drone strikes on tents housing displaced families in the Al-Mawasi area.

In the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces have conducted numerous raids, abductions, and demolitions. Military incursions have been reported in several areas, including Bethlehem, Nablus, Ramallah, and the Jordan Valley. In Silwan, Palestinian families have faced home demolitions and evacuation orders. Reports also indicate that Israeli forces have entered medical facilities, such as the Arab Society for Rehabilitation Hospital in Bethlehem, and have issued construction-halt notices to residents in various West Bank communities.
