Israeli forces order demolition of homes in Masafer Yatta and kill Palestinian man in Sarta

Israeli occupation authorities issued demolition orders for five homes and three agricultural structures belonging to the Al‑Uthaymin family in the Masafer Yatta community of the southern West Bank, continuing a broader campaign to displace Palestinian residents in Area C.

In a separate incident, Israeli soldiers entered a house in the West Bank village of Sarta and shot 32‑year‑old Mustafa al‑Khatib, killing him after he allegedly threw objects at the troops. The Israeli military said warning shots were fired before the fatal shot. The Health Ministry in Ramallah said the death raises the total number of Palestinians killed in the West Bank this year to 72.
