Israeli military operations intensify in southern Lebanon and the West Bank

Military activity has escalated across southern Lebanon and the West Bank. In southern Lebanon, Israeli forces conducted continuous airstrikes, artillery shelling, and drone attacks targeting several towns, including Al-Mansouri, Deir Saryan, Hadatha, Aita, and Kafrtanit. Reports indicate Israeli troops carried out sweeping operations with machine guns near Aita and set fire to equipment in Al-Mansouri.

Simultaneously, the West Bank experienced widespread Israeli military raids and arrests throughout the night and early morning. Operations were concentrated in Ramallah, Jerusalem, Jenin, Tubas, and Hebron. In the Bedu area near Jerusalem, military forces searched approximately 100 locations and interrogated nearly 90 Palestinians. In Jenin, two individuals were arrested for allegedly planning an attack, while in southern Hebron, Israeli forces entered Al-Karmel village and confiscated water tankers near Masafer Yatta. These movements coincide with increased security measures and checkpoints during the Jewish holiday period.
