ISRO announces recruitment for 175 Scientist/Engineer positions

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has announced the recruitment of 175 Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ positions through the ISRO Centralised Recruitment Board (ICRB). The vacancies are distributed across Electronics, Mechanical, and Computer Science disciplines, with 172 posts located at various ISRO Centres and three posts earmarked for the Physical Research Laboratory (PRL).

Eligible candidates must hold a B.E., B.Tech, or equivalent degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 65% marks or a 6.84/10 CGPA. The upper age limit for applicants is 28 years. Selected candidates will receive a Level-10 basic pay of ₹56,100 per month plus applicable allowances.

Online applications are open until September 16, 2026. The selection process will involve a written test or Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by an interview, medical examination, and document verification.
