ISRO opens recruitment for technical, scientific and support staff across India

India's space agency, through its Telemetry, Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC), has announced recruitment for several posts: Technical Assistant, Scientific Assistant, Library Assistant‑A, Technician‑B, Draftsman‑B and Cook‑A. Applications are accepted online from 27 June 2026 until 20 July 2026 23:55 IST. Candidates must be aged 18‑35 years (with age relaxations for reserved categories) and meet role‑specific qualifications, ranging from ITI or diploma in engineering to BSc, Master's in Library Science or relevant work experience. The application fee is ₹750 for Technical and Scientific Assistant positions and ₹500 for the other posts. Selection will involve a written or computer‑based test, followed by skill tests where applicable, document verification and a medical examination. Successful candidates will be posted at ISRO centres across the country according to organizational needs.
