Istanbul: 12-year-old boy assaulted by peers in Arnavutköy

In Arnavutköy, Istanbul, a 12-year-old student was reportedly targeted by three peers following school hours. The victim was allegedly forced into a grassy area where he was beaten for several minutes. During the assault, the child reportedly pleaded for mercy, stating he suffers from epilepsy.

The incident was captured on a mobile phone camera, showing the victim being subjected to violence before a bystander intervened. Following a complaint from the child's mother, police detained three suspects. The individuals are expected to face legal proceedings for charges including intentional injury, threats, insults, and violation of privacy.
