Istanbul building fire results in one death

A fatal fire broke out in a two-story building in the Fatih district of Istanbul, Turkey. The blaze began on the roof of the structure in the Ayvansaray neighborhood around 10:30 PM.

Firefighters faced difficulties accessing the site due to narrow streets and improper parking, which hindered the progress of emergency vehicles. Although crews managed to prevent the flames from spreading to adjacent buildings, one person, identified as Erdinç L., was found dead inside the building. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
