Istanbul police seize over 239 kg of narcotics in Şişli raid

In a July 4 operation in Istanbul's Şişli district, police seized a total of 239 kg 150 g of narcotics, primarily liquid and solid methamphetamine, along with acetone and other additives. Three suspects were detained and the investigation is ongoing.

A separate raid on July 1 in the Üsküdar district resulted in the seizure of 1 kg 816 g of various drugs, plus 1.4 kg of pre‑packaged substance, cash, and related equipment. Three individuals were arrested; two were subsequently sentenced to prison while the third was released pending further legal action.
