Istanbul public tenders announced for university and health center projects

Several public construction and renovation tenders have been announced in Istanbul, Turkey.

Istanbul Technical University is initiating a tender for the renovation, insulation, and repair of approximately 1,500 square meters of terrace areas at the Electrical and Electronics Faculty and the Civil Engineering Faculty extra buildings at the Ayazağa Campus. The project is scheduled for 2026, with a completion timeline of 75 calendar days following site delivery.

Additionally, the Istanbul Governorship's Investment Monitoring and Coordination Presidency has announced a tender for the construction of the Çiğdem Healthy Life Center and Family Health Center 9 in the Pendik district. This project includes one service building for the Family Health Center and one Healthy Life Center equipped with natural gas. The construction period is set for 360 calendar days once the site is delivered.
