Istanbul to Host Foodist International Food Fair in September 2026
Foodist İstanbul, the International Food & Beverage Products Exhibition, will take place from 1 – 4 September 2026 at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Centre in Istanbul. The event is organised by Tüyap Fairs and Exhibitions Organization Inc. in partnership with ALZ Group and is backed by the Türkiye Food Platform, which includes the Turkish Exporters Assembly, sector boards and industry associations.
The fair’s B2B platform aims to connect Turkish food and beverage producers with buyers from abroad. “Foodist İstanbul is being built with a clear international ambition and with the backing of the sector itself,” said İlhan Ersözlü, General Manager at Tüyap Fairs Production Inc. Organisers target a spot among the world’s top three food exhibitions.
More than 70,000 professional visitors from over 150 countries are expected, including VIP buyer delegations from 50 focus countries. Attendees will span manufacturers, exporters, importers, distributors, retail executives and senior decision‑makers, with major interest from the Balkans, Europe and the Middle East.
