Entities: Electronic Trade Operators Association · Turkey Exporters Assembly · Turkey · Foodist Istanbul · Mustafa Gültepe

Overview

Building on earlier announcements, Istanbul’s autumn 2026 exhibition calendar continues to expand. The International Tourism Fair (ITF 2026) remains set for 24–25 September at the Yenikapı Eurasia Show and Art Center, targeting over 17,000 tourism professionals from more than 50 countries, with a Tourism Summit, online B2B matchmaking and a Turkish Airlines fare discount.

The Foodist International Food & Beverage Products Exhibition will run 1–4 September at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Centre. Co‑organised by Tüyap, the ALZ Group and backed by the Türkiye Food Platform, the fair aims for a top‑three global ranking, expecting more than 70,000 professional visitors from 150 countries, including VIP buyer delegations from 50 focus markets, and strong interest from the Balkans, Europe and the Middle East. The B2B platform is designed to link Turkish producers with international buyers.

A new Istanbul Global E‑Export Summit (IGEXX) is scheduled for 3–5 September at the Halic Congress Center. Jointly organised by the Turkey Exporters Assembly and the Electronic Trade Operators Association, the summit expects over 6,000 participants from 60 countries, 2,500 B2B meetings and a showcase of digital trade opportunities for Turkish exporters.

Together with EXPO3D Istanbul (17–19 September), MAKTEK Eurasia (28 September–3 October) and the ITM 2026 textile fair, these events underline Turkey’s strategy to position Istanbul as a year‑round hub for global industries and to attract investment, talent and technology across manufacturing, textiles, tourism and food sectors.
