Itaú opens 'Pedra Preta' VIP lounge, ending Taste of Priceless access

Itaú has opened its own premium lounge, Pedra Preta, in Terminal 3 of São Paulo’s Guarulhos International Airport. The lounge, about 1,400 sqm, offers a buffet, high‑speed Wi‑Fi, workspaces, private rooms and resting areas for the bank’s most affluent clients.

Following the inauguration at the end of June, holders of the Itaú The One credit card have lost the previously granted access to the Taste of Priceless lounge, which had been a temporary partnership. Passengers are now being directed to Pedra Preta; a few reports indicate that some customers may still be admitted to Taste of Priceless after presenting their CPF, but the bank has not confirmed any formal criteria. The change signals Itaú’s shift toward providing its own exclusive airport services rather than relying on third‑party lounges.
