Italian Chamber President Lorenzo Fontana lauds donation culture at AIDO assembly

Lorenzo Fontana, president of Italy’s Chamber of Deputies, addressed the XVIII National Assembly of AIDO, emphasizing the priceless value of the culture of giving. He highlighted how individual contributions, amplified by the work of associations, strengthen social bonds and the common good. Fontana noted that thanks to such efforts, donations and organ transplants are experiencing a positive period in Italy, with notable achievements in regions such as Veneto, Tuscany and Piedmont.
