Italian charities donate cardiac equipment to hospitals in Teramo and Sondrio
Former priest Nicola Iobbi donated four multiparametric cardiac monitoring columns, plus related furniture, to the cardiology department of the hospital in Teramo, Abruzzo, enhancing patient monitoring and staff workflow.
The volunteer association Insieme per Vincere supplied an automatic cardiac massager to the Anaesthesia and Resuscitation unit of Ospedale Morelli in Sondalo, Lombardy. Director Matteo Zaniboni said, “It is a very important instrument that allows us to manage cardiac emergencies better, freeing hands and minds for other critical decisions,” highlighting its role in improving survival and neurological outcomes. Both donations illustrate community and nonprofit support for Italian public health facilities.
