Italian Community meeting to be held in Porto Alegre

The third meeting of the Italian Community of Rio Grande do Sul will take place on September 24 in Porto Alegre. Organized by Comites-RS, the event will be held at the Dante Barone Auditorium within the Legislative Assembly of Rio Grande do Sul.

The program includes presentations, debates, business opportunities, and discussions regarding community services and the preservation of Italo-Gaúcho culture. Cristina Mioranza, president of Comites-RS, stated that the event aims to create a space for dialogue and the exchange of experiences across various dimensions of the community.

A key highlight of the meeting will be the official presentation of Luis Cavalieri, the new Consul General of Italy in Porto Alegre, providing a formal channel for interaction between the community and its representatives.
