Italian food companies to showcase products at Sial Paris 2026

Several Italian food and beverage companies have announced their participation in the Sial Paris 2026 international food exhibition, scheduled for October 17–21 at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition center. The event marks the 30th anniversary of the trade fair.

The Consorzio Gorgonzola DOP will highlight the importance of the French market, which has become a primary destination for the cheese, importing over 250,000 wheels by June of this year. In conjunction with the fair, the AFIDOP collective of certified Italian cheeses will host a special experiential event in Montmartre featuring tastings and a showcooking by Chef Carla Ferrari.

Etra Caffè will also participate to present its internationalization strategy. The company will showcase its Galileo System, a proprietary closed system featuring the Lumina machine and plant-based PLA capsules. Additionally, Etra Caffè will present its private label services and its partnership with Solvera for soluble beverage capsules.
