Football clubs across Spain and Italy are reporting significant subscription trends as the 2026/2027 season approaches. In LaLiga, subscription revenues are estimated to reach a record 380 million euros. Real Madrid leads with 60,900 subscriptions, supported by the renovation of the Santiago Bernabéu, while clubs like Atlético de Madrid and Barça also show high levels of fan loyalty.

In Italy, several clubs are seeing strong engagement. AS Roma has already sold nearly 4,000 cup-specific subscriptions, representing about 10% of eligible Serie A members. Benevento has surpassed 4,100 subscriptions, and Catania is nearing its previous management's benchmarks with over 10,000 sold. Cremonese has recorded 5,544 subscriptions following the opening of general sales.

On the broadcasting side, DAZN has maintained its pricing structure for the 2026/27 season, offering five distinct plans ranging from the Sports plan at 99 euros per year to the Family plan at 619 euros per year. Some plans will see a monthly increase of 2 euros starting in mid-August.
