Italian clubs expand 2026/27 ticket subscriptions

Entities: Marco Turati · Genoa C.F.C. · Spezia Calcio · Deportivo La Coruña

Overview

Foreign investors deepened their stakes in Italian sport in summer 2026, prompting a wave of ticket‑subscription campaigns across Serie A, Serie B and lower‑division clubs. Initiatives featured modest price hikes, family‑friendly discounts and new digital offerings. Clubs such as Juventus, Milan, Napoli, Hellas Verona, Lazio, Palermo, Empoli, Campobasso, Union Brescia, Sampdoria, Roma, Genoa and Inter reported strong renewal rates, early‑bird deals and premium‑seat sell‑outs. Volleyball side Cucine Lube Civitanova kept prices steady while highlighting hospitality benefits, and Napoli Basketball continued its three‑phase “DNA – Born in Naples, Back in Europe” campaign. The rollout now includes smaller sides. Akademia Sant'Anna in Sicily launched its 2026/27 subscription drive with Denny Napoli as testimonial, offering tickets from €65 for reduced seats to €179 for full‑price tribune seats and promoting a partnership with The Screen Cinema to enhance the experience at the Pala Rescifina venue. In Tuscany, FC Pistoiese opened its campaign under the slogan “Non sarai mai sola,” emphasising community bonds and providing discounted season tickets and promotional benefits. All campaigns continue to be coordinated through the Vivaticket platform. In late July, Serie A club AS Roma reported 37,000 season‑ticket renewals, approaching its 40,000‑ticket target and near sell‑out, alongside a 65 % surge in sales of its new 2026/27 home kit. Serie B side SS Arezzo confirmed it had exceeded its goal of 4,016 subscriptions and unveiled a white second‑strip with amaranth and black details, receiving strong fan approval. Genoa C.F.C. announced 13,000 season‑ticket subscriptions ahead of a pre‑sale ending 8 August, offering a premium “Unica” package with unlimited seat exchanges and a €15 bar voucher. Spezia Calcio sold 2,200 tickets in its first phase and will launch a free‑sale on 2 August as the club, fresh from Serie C successes, readies for the 2026/27 season.
