In early June, the Ospedale Morelli in Sondalo held a two‑day multidisciplinary congress on fibromyalgia, organized by ASST Valtellina e Alto Lario and ASST Niguarda. The event featured specialists discussing diagnosis, pathophysiology, treatment strategies and a rehabilitative pathway, emphasizing early detection and patient‑centred care for the chronic pain syndrome.
