Italian libraries host children's workshops and reading events

Several libraries in the Lombardy region are hosting educational and creative events for children.

In San Giorgio su Legnano, the municipal library is organizing the “Aspettando Halloween… in biblioteca!” series. Scheduled for October 10, 17, and 31, the program includes readings of books such as “Il ladro di zucche” and “La strega Rossella.” The series concludes on Halloween with a “Create your own pumpkin” creative workshop.

In Albiate, the Biblioteca Civica Aldo Moro will host a workshop titled “In viaggio con le storie – Sulle tracce di Lewis Carroll” on October 10. Part of the Festival delle Storie 2026 organized by BrianzaBiblioteche, the activity is designed for children aged 8 to 11. Participants will engage in reading and creativity by building a game inspired by “Alice in Wonderland.”
