Open water swimming tournaments held in Italy showcase regional competition

The third edition of the Trofeo Settimio Frangella took place in Falconara Albanese, Calabria, featuring open‑water races that were part of the "Calabria Swim Coast to Coast" project and the Super Master circuit. AQA Cosenza topped the club ranking with 375 points, followed by Rende Nuoto and Polisportiva Mimmo Ferrito. Individual winners included Gabriele Molonia (men), Viola Bavastrelli (women), Renata Maria Perretti (master women) and Giovanni Mazzuca (master men).
