Italian police and Carabinieri host national rallies promoting safety and heritage

The Polizia di Stato’s Motoclub organized a motorcycle tour in Sardinia from Alghero to Sassari, involving about 150 officers who highlighted local attractions such as the Green Cave of Capo Caccia and La Pelosa beach while stressing strict road‑traffic compliance and safe riding habits. The participants were welcomed by the Sassari police headquarters, underscoring the club’s role in community outreach and road‑safety education.

Meanwhile, the National Association of Carabinieri (ANC) convened its 26th national rally in Rimini, drawing thousands of retirees, volunteers and families. The program featured historical exhibitions, a vintage‑car display, a parachute jump by Tuscania, musical performances by the Carabinieri band and a final parade along the Lungomare. Both events aim to reinforce institutional values, public safety and a sense of belonging among citizens.
