Italian retailers roll out major discount and voucher campaigns

Conad Superstore in Taverna di Montalto Uffugo, Calabria, has launched a "Bis, Prendi 2 e Paghi 1" promotion, offering a buy‑one‑get‑one‑free deal on a wide range of essential products and extra benefits for Conad Card holders.

In Tuscany, the regional trade union body Confcommercio, together with partner unions, opened applications for the "I buoni che meriti" voucher program. Up to €1,200 in spending vouchers are available to eligible commerce and services workers, with a total funding pool of €500,000 intended to boost local businesses.

Both initiatives aim to increase consumer spending in physical stores and support local retail sectors.
