Italian schools complete new infrastructure and artistic projects
Educational institutions in Italy have completed significant local projects. In San Benedetto del Tronto, the IIS ‘Augusto Capriotti’ inaugurated a new mural designed by former student Nicole Romani. The artwork, created under the supervision of Professor Romina Morresi, depicts a large postcard featuring the school's logo and multilingual greetings to represent its linguistic identity, alongside mathematical formulas to symbolize its scientific and economic focus.
In Ravenna, the Istituto Tecnico Geometri ‘C. Morigia’ and the Liceo Scientifico ‘A. Oriani’ have completed a nearly 5 million euro expansion project. Funded largely by the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan), the development includes new multifunctional laboratories, a gymnasium with changing rooms, and a photovoltaic system. The project, which cost approximately 4.8 million euros, also features improved pedestrian access and dedicated spaces for sports clubs and the public.
