Italian Serie C clubs launch preseason training and market moves

Foggia Fano preseason training Serie C player transfers

Foggian side Foggia 1920 began its first day of pre‑season training at the San Gregorio Magno camp, with coach Gaetano Auteri and staff evaluating young players ahead of the club’s return to Serie C. The team is negotiating several transfers, including a possible loan for defender Angelo Viscardi from Benevento, and scouting forwards such as Luca Petrungaro and Giacomo Parigi. Goalkeeper Gianluca Saro and defender Eddy Cabianca are also under consideration.

Meanwhile, Serie D club Fano (Alma) completed three days of its training camp under coach Fabio Fucili. President Paolo Petrucci praised the youth squad and highlighted strong fan support during the camp. The club is working on attracting new members, securing sponsors and preparing a ticket‑sale campaign for the upcoming Eccellenza season.
