Italian Sports Bodies Sign Inclusion Pact for Visually Impaired Athletes

The Italian Federation of Paralympic Sports for the Visually Impaired (FISPIC) and the Corporate and Industrial Sports Centers Agency (CSAIn) signed a protocol of understanding in Rome. The agreement aims to develop, promote and organise sport activities that support the psychophysical development of people with visual disabilities across the country. Attendees included CSAIn President Salvatore Bartolo Spinella, FISPIC President Silverio Alviti, honorary CSAIn President Giacomo Crosa and national team coach Andrea Argento. Bartolo Spinella said the pact will help break barriers and provide equal opportunities, while Alviti highlighted the creation of concrete projects and a stronger inclusion network.

The protocol commits both organisations to collaborate with local associations, schools and institutions to make sport more accessible and to use sport as a tool for integration, education and active citizenship.
