Italian towns Cerignola and Arezzo confront municipal property and planning disputes

In Arezzo, a municipal building on Via Pietri has been vacant for years after its lease expired. Local officials questioned why the municipality has not yet reclaimed the property and called for an immediate public tender to re‑assign the premises.
