Italjet and Aprilia announce new 400cc scooter models

Italjet has announced the Roadster 400, a neo-retro scooter scheduled for presentation at EICMA 2026. The vehicle features a 400cc single-cylinder engine producing 41.5 CV and 41.2 Nm of torque, with a total weight of 151 kg. A limited Founders Edition, consisting of 777 units priced at 9,999 euros, reportedly sold out in 46 minutes.

Separately, the 2027 Aprilia SR GT 400 is being positioned as a versatile urban adventure scooter. It utilizes a 399cc engine and features motorcycle-inspired components, including a double cradle frame, inverted forks, and radial brakes. The model is designed to balance urban commuting with light off-road capabilities through the use of traction control and ABS systems.
