Italy: Carta Dedicata a te 2026 benefits announced
The Carta Dedicata a te program is providing financial support to families in economic difficulty across various Italian municipalities, including Arcore and Foggia. The initiative, managed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty through INPS, provides prepaid electronic cards issued by Poste Italiane for the purchase of essential food items.
In Arcore, the 500 euro contribution is for families with an ISEE below 15,000 euros who meet specific residency requirements. Beneficiaries will be notified on November 2, 2026, with cards becoming active on November 4. To avoid losing the benefit, the first payment must be made by December 16, 2026, and all funds must be used by February 28, 2027.
In Foggia, the program covers the 2026-2027 biennium, offering a total of 1,000 euros per family split into two 500 euro installments. The first installment is scheduled for November 2026, and the second for April 2027. The list of beneficiaries has been published on institutional websites using anonymized ISEE protocol codes to protect privacy. The funds are restricted to essential goods such as meat, fish, dairy, bread, pasta, fruits, and vegetables, excluding alcoholic beverages.
