Italy clinches bronze in Women's Volleyball Nations League
The Italy women's national volleyball team secured the bronze medal at the Volleyball Nations League (VNL) by defeating China 3 sets to 1 in Macau. After losing to Brazil in the semifinal, Italy opened the match with a 25‑16 first set, dropped a tightly contested second set 23‑25, won a balanced third set, and dominated the fourth 25‑13. Outside hitter Antropova led the scoring with 26 points.
Brazil will face Turkey in the final later on Sunday, while Italy celebrates its first ever VNL bronze medal.
