Italy implements ‘Dedicata a te’ food assistance cards

Municipalities in Italy are implementing the 2026-2027 ‘Dedicata a te’ solidarity card program, a national measure designed to support families in economic fragility with funds for essential food purchases.

In Centrache, the local administration, led by Mayor Fernando Sinopoli, has approved priority criteria for any remaining prepaid cards not initially assigned by INPS. The plan prioritizes couples with an ISEE below 3,000 euros and provides protections for single women. To qualify, residents must have an annual ISEE not exceeding 15,000 euros. The benefit consists of a 500 euro contribution for the first installment of the year.

In Bisceglie, 2,142 contributions have been allocated for families with an ISEE under 15,000 euros. The total benefit amounts to 1,000 euros, distributed in two 500-euro installments: the first available from November 4, 2026, and the second starting in April 2027. Beneficiaries can check eligibility lists on the municipal website using their ISEE protocol number. To maintain the benefit, the first purchase must be made by December 16, 2026.
