Italy recruitment drives target maritime and industrial sectors

Various recruitment initiatives are underway across Italy to address labor needs in different sectors. In Calabria, a collaboration between the regional government and Grimaldi Lines successfully identified 125 qualified maritime workers following more than 300 interviews conducted in Cosenza and Paola. This initiative aims to connect local talent with international maritime career opportunities.

In the Pesaro and Urbino regions, the MAW employment agency, in partnership with the local Employment Center, is organizing a recruitment day to hire between 40 and 60 workers. The roles span multiple industries, including metalworking, woodworking, logistics, and electrical systems. The search includes various profiles such as forklift operators, welders, and technicians, with opportunities available for both experienced professionals and those seeking their first job.
