Italy schedules night-time closures on A1, A14 and D08 highways for maintenance

On the A1 Milano‑Napoli corridor, including the panoramic route, sections between Terre di Canossa Campegine and Reggio Emilia, as well as stretches near Baccheraia, Pian del Voglio and Rioveggio, will be closed from 21:00 to 05:00/06:00 on the nights of 15‑16 June, 16‑17 June and 17‑18 June to allow pavement work and tunnel‑gate maintenance. Drivers are advised to use local roads such as SP111, SS9, or the A1 Direttissima, and to detour via service areas Badia or other exits.

The A14 Bologna‑Taranto highway will see a night‑time closure between Imola and Castel San Pietro on 15‑16 June (21:00‑05:00) for work on a highway over‑pass. Alternate routes through local roads (via Selice, SP610, SP19, SS9, etc.) are recommended.

Separately, the D08 Gallarate‑Gattico branch will undergo nightly barrier inspections and maintenance from 15 June to 20 June. Specific closures include the stretch between Castelletto Ticino and Besnate (22:00‑05:00 on 15‑16 June) and successive sections affecting stations at Sesto Calende Vergiate, Besnate and others through 20 June. Motorists are directed to alternate via SS33, SP26, SP49, SS336, or use nearby A8 interchanges such as Busto Arsizio and Gallarate.
