Italy's ITS Academy launches 2026 tourism recruitment and partners with police on cybersecurity training

The ITS Academy Turismo Veneto announced that applications are now open for its 2026‑2028 tourism programmes. Eligible candidates must hold a recognised secondary school diploma or equivalent foreign qualification. Pre‑registration closes on 30 June 2026, with selection tests scheduled for early July at the academy’s headquarters in Jesolo.

In Padova, the Regional Cyber Security Operational Centre (Cosc Veneto) signed a protocol with the ITS Digital Academy Mario Volpato. The agreement introduces police‑led lectures, laboratory sessions and internships aimed at strengthening students’ skills in cyber defence, digital forensics and related technologies. The partnership seeks to align training with market demand and national security priorities, building on a new role of cyber inspector within the police force.
