itdaa expands youth employment support with Seoul Metropolitan Government
The career platform itdaa has expanded its cooperation with the Seoul Metropolitan Government to enhance employment support for young people. Following its involvement in the ‘Seoul Young Career’ (Seoyoungkeo) work experience program, itdaa has signed a contract to conduct AI-based intern competency assessments.
As corporate hiring shifts toward job suitability and practical skills, the program aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional requirements. The ‘Seoyoungkeo’ initiative provides a five-stage course including camps, challenges, and internships. Participation has seen rising demand, with competition rates increasing from 5.5 to 1 in the spring semester to 7.1 to 1 in the summer semester, leading to an expansion of participating universities from 31 to 37.
Through itdaa’s proprietary AI diagnostic tools, the partnership will analyze individual aptitudes to match youth with suitable roles and companies. itdaa plans to leverage this model to expand career support services to local governments and universities nationwide.
