Ivory Coast ANSSI outlines 2026‑2030 Cybersecurity Strategy
On 23 July 2026, a workshop in Abidjan reviewed the outcomes of Côte d'Ivoire’s 2021‑2025 National Cybersecurity Strategy. Hosted by the Ministry of the Digital Transition and Technological Innovation, the Agency National for the Security of Information Systems (ANSSI) assessed progress on resilience, protection of critical state infrastructure and public awareness, noting both achievements and gaps caused by budgetary limits and rapid technological change. Building on this assessment, ANSSI presented a draft framework for the 2026‑2030 strategy, organized around five pillars that include stronger governance, an updated legal framework, and development of national digital capital to reinforce sovereign cyber protection.
