NEET PG 2026 re-examination completed in Jaipur following technical disruptions

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has completed the NEET PG 2026 re-examination in Jaipur. The re-test was organized for approximately 2,499 candidates who were unable to finish their original exam on August 30 due to significant technical failures and power outages at two testing centers in the Sitapura area.

To ensure a smooth process, the re-examination was held across five designated centers with heightened security, backup power, and cyber security measures. Candidates and parents expressed frustration regarding the initial management issues, noting that electricity disruptions occurred as many as 13 times during the original session.

Following the completion of all exam phases, candidates are now awaiting the release of the final answer key and results. According to the official schedule, the NBEMS is expected to declare the results and the final answer key by September 30, 2026. The final answer key will be available for download on the official NBEMS website.
