Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung Swears In 884 Officials, Calls for Better Public Services

On 20 May 2026, Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung inaugurated 884 new officials in the provincial government, including administrators, supervisors, group and sub‑group heads, and health‑center chiefs. The ceremony took place at the Jakarta City Hall.

Pramono urged the newly sworn‑in staff to strengthen adaptive, collaborative and transparent governance, emphasizing merit‑based appointments, innovation, a healthy work culture and the delivery of fast, comfortable public services for Jakarta’s residents.
