Jakarta launches online system for correcting property tax records

The Regional Revenue Agency of Jakarta (Bapenda DKI Jakarta) has introduced an online platform that allows taxpayers to correct inaccurate data in their Property Tax for Land and Buildings (PBB‑P2). The service lets users amend errors such as mismatched land area, wrong address, incorrect taxpayer identity, building size changes, or mistakes on the tax assessment notice (SPPT). To apply, taxpayers must submit a written request, identification documents, a completed SPOP/LSPOP form, the latest SPPT, and any supporting evidence such as land certificates, building permits or photos of the property. According to Morris Danny, head of the agency's Data and Information Center, the online correction aims to improve tax record accuracy and prevent future administrative issues.
