Jalisco Prosecutor investigates death of businessman Octavio Haro

The Jalisco Prosecutor's Office is investigating the death of real estate businessman Octavio Haro as a deliberate crime. Haro, who was reported missing on August 13, was found dead in Zapopan on August 19. Forensic studies confirmed that the cause of death was a traumatic brain injury.

Blanca Trujillo Cuevas, the special prosecutor for missing persons, stated that authorities are intensifying investigative efforts and intelligence gathering. The prosecution aims to request arrest warrants in the coming days to judicialize the case.

Regarding other missing persons from the real estate sector, such as César and Ricardo, the Prosecutor's Office maintains that these are independent cases with no evidence linking them to Haro's death or suggesting a common perpetrator.
