In the logistics sector, Mercado Libre has expanded its presence in the state by opening a second 100,000 square meter fulfillment center in El Salto. The company plans to invest 911 million pesos in Jalisco throughout the year to strengthen its regional distribution network.

Additionally, a delegation from the U.S. Congressional Tequila Caucus visited Jalisco to engage with the Tequila Regulatory Council. The visit focused on protecting the tequila industry under the USMCA, ensuring tariff-free access to the U.S. market, and collaborating on technical standards and anti-piracy measures to safeguard the product's designation of origin.
