James, Earl of Wessex, works summer farm job at Sandringham

James, the Earl of Wessex, has reportedly taken on a summer job as a farm worker at the Sandringham estate in Norfolk. The 18-year-old, son of Prince Edward and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, has been seen performing manual tasks, including driving tractors, which has drawn attention from estate workers accustomed to seeing him in formal attire at royal functions.

This hands-on experience follows his graduation from Radley College. His parents have reportedly emphasized the importance of a work ethic and preparing their children for independent life. His sister, Lady Louise Windsor, also engaged in part-time work earlier this year at the Royal Windsor Horse Show.

Following his summer activities, James is set to begin a degree in rural land and property management at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, having achieved the necessary A-level results.
