Japan announces multiple craft beer festivals for summer and autumn 2026

A craft‑beer tasting event will run from July 17 to July 19 2026 at Cozy Cozy Coffee in Aichi’s Nagoya‑area, offering all‑day access to a selection of brews and evening service of specialty obanzai dishes.

From mid‑July 2026, Shōdenji temple in Hirosaki, Aomori, will distribute its own “Shōdenji Original Craft Beer” – a spirit‑horse (eggplant & cucumber) plus pineapple‑flavoured brew – with a limited‑time tasting from August 8 to August 13 featuring Be Easy Brewing’s popular Aomori Ale.

Yahou Brewing will host the “Sora to Shiba Autumn Beer Festival 2026” on September 12‑13 2026 at Esconfield Hokkaido in Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido. The free‑entry event will showcase up to 18 of the brewer’s craft beers, include seminars, workshops for children, and require tickets for beer purchases and paid activities.
